Family Fun on the Farm

 Phase I of our October New York tour took us north to the old family farm

to see a bevy of aunts, uncles, and cousins (we counted 15!)

and our 98 (!) year old great Grammy

and bring them some love during some difficult times.  We didn't always understand what they were talking about but we did find the last raspberries of the season,

tour the old chicken coop,

 take a walk in the family woods,

 test out the local mass transit,

 learn how to explode cattails and milkweed pods,

share some homemade cookies with Grammy,

and take some time to get a little silly.
