This weekend my daddy organized a group of six brave and intrepid dads to take on the urban wilderness by camping at Children's Fairyland. There is no way I can attempt to describe the scene better than Michael Lewis (his story) so I will just show you glimpses of our adventure. Unfortunately, my dad had to go out of town at the last minute, so my mom joined the dads, kids and me, which means the quality of photos is significantly lower than it would have otherwise been. Here's our tent city.

The rest of the evening was a wild adventure, climbing on towers, 
taking over pirate ships, 
chasing bubbles, 
watching puppet shows 
and showing off matching princess toothpaste!
