Leprechaun Trap!

 Yesterday's kindergarten project was to create a leprechaun trap. 

Employing reverse psychology ("Do Not Climb"), the leprechaun is attracted to the rainbows and golden gelt inside

 which trips the pencil support and WHAM-O

 you got yourself a leprechaun.
