A couple of weeks ago our bookclub took our annual trip to the mountains - our group has gotten so big that we had to find a bigger place so we had lots to explore including a flowing creek,
a full game barn with foosball against sneaky pandas,
a hot tub (of course),
some friendly animals to watch over an attack by the tickle moster,
and a bunch of kids growing up fast,
woo hoo!
The kids being able to entertain themselves meant that the grownups could enjoy a delicious polynesian meal and
have a lively book discussion about living on a crazy island on the South Pacific,
which sounds more fun to Glynn than the magical world of Carcassonne.
Overall it was a fun and nature filled weekend!
