Our neighbors are at the cutting edge of the urban gardening movement at Pluck and Feather farm - to the benefit of our whole block. Their latest creation is a wood fire oven, and we got to go over this weekend for homemade pizza and a garden tour. We got to make and eat our own pizza!

We also got to visit the chickens

and stir up our own herb concoctions and then feed them to our friends. Here, Harper is showing himself susceptible to peer pressure from Lars and me. All and all it was a rockin' good time, although hopefully it wasn't all this bouncing that made Polly spend all night last night throwing up.
