Suzanna dropped by for a quick visit yesterday to read us some stories. We missed the rest of her clan but were excited to share her enthusiasm for Arizmendi and some of the great things about the East Bay she admits to missing.
Speaking of which, Harper and I discovered a new favorite this afternoon: "Silly-Man" Rec Center in Newark.
Whoa, nothing like 32,000 ft2 of indoor water slides and swimming
to erase the rainy day blues and put a smile on my face. 
Who wants to go back another day? ME! ME!!
Polly, meanwhile, stayed home in dedication to her current obsession: learning to walk.
