One of our summer highlights was a last minute decision to join the Washingtons at the Cal Lair of the Bear family camp. A-Mazing. How have we not done this before?
Sunrise fishing,
disco bingo
(where we won candy, money and camp adulation for winning 'blackout')
incredible counselors,
new friends
who we could play endlessly with on 'the rock',
arts and crafts like lanyards and pottery,
archery(!),
swimming,
wading,
diving,
and boating.
It was an exhausting and fun week in the Sierras.
We may just have to become Week 7ers for life!
