In traveling to the Yosemite area we saw huge areas burned in the rim fire this fall, and we saw clear evidence of the drought starting to impact all of California. We would have traded it for snow, but hiking in 70 degree weather in one of the most beautiful places in the world makes for an enjoyable day after Christmas!
Not a bad spot for a nap!
Or a little ride across the world famous O'Shaughnessy Dam.
