We headed out this year for a white Christmas in Denver as part of the new Gregson-Van de Water clan, hosted by Pop and Yaya with our new cousins Cory and Addy (who we first met at Pop and Yaya's wedding)
and our new Uncle Rob, who took this clan thing pretty seriously, representing the Scots at the Christmas Eve church service.
We got to enjoy lots of little Christmas touches - even Rudolph napkin rings
and the Gregsons brought over some English traditions like eating Christmas Eve dinner with paper crowns.
We also like their style of dessert!
We had quite a festive Christmas morning,
some time to enjoy the snow and our new hats
lots of time in the hot tub
and hanging out with cousins
time for a couple of good runs on the "minivan sled"
and even a few minutes of down time, including some snuggle time with Pop.
