As Jew-nitarians we never miss an opportunity for a party. Not only are we looking forward to Christmas with a beautiful, fragrant Christmas tree, visits with Santa, and a holiday party tonight, but we just finished celebrating Chanukah by lighting the menorah for eight nights,
spinning the dreidel, 
opening presents
(I opened mine AND Polly's, while she shredded the tissue paper), 
and eating latkes and (yummy!) Chanukah gelt with Rosemary, the Tasches, and the Lahey-Teares at the bamboo house. 
We hope everyone had a happy Chanukah!
Thanks Grandma Debbie and Papa for a big feast and Grandma Sue for sending us fun presents in the mail.
